Meet the Designers
Rhonda Kanning Anderson
Rhonda began making photo albums at the age 15 when her mother passed the tradition of album-making to her. In 1987, that tradition motivated Rhonda to Co-found Creative Memories - a company committed to helping people celebrate and preserve photos and stories. Creative Memories launched in 14 countries and grew to 400 million in sales. In 2014, Rhonda and Suzanne Harris developed a new line of photo album products called Our Memories for Life. Now, with My Life PhotoBooks, her passion continues. Rhonda has co-authored two books about creating photo albums. Child Psychologist Kenneth Condrell said: “Rhonda Anderson has revolutionized the world of photography by combining journaling and photography with her philosophy of celebrating life through the family photo album. She has reminded us how photographs enrich our lives, confirm our traditions, and preserve the stories that make up our lives.” Rhonda and her supportive husband Mac of 40 years live in Colorado. They have four grown children and 12 grandchildren. One of Rhonda’s greatest joys is watching her grandchildren enthusiastically view PhotoBooks. The tradition continues. |
Suzanne Johnson Harris
Suzanne learned to appreciate preserving family history from her father who loved genealogy and telling family stories. Suzanne and her sister, Joanne, have continued their father’s tradition by creating Photobooks that capture meaningful stories with pictures. Suzanne has enjoyed a successful corporate retail career in product development that took her around the globe, relishing priceless experiences, captured and preserved in her photo albums. Thankfully this career brought Suzanne to Creative Memories, where she met Rhonda Anderson, Patty Hanson, and Nanci Bottcher and was able to combine her product development expertise and her love of photos. She continued to develop new ways to preserve memories when she and Rhonda created Our Memories for Life. Helping people preserve pictures and find joy in their memories is a dream come true for Suzanne here at My Life PhotoBooks. Suzanne has been married for 8 years to the love of her life Bill. They enjoy walks and outings with their Whoodle, Beau, in an historic college town in the Chicago suburbs. |
Patty Hartman Hanson
From the moment you meet Patty, you can feel her passion for photos and people. She is a born optimist who began her photo career 33 years ago alongside Rhonda Anderson with the launch of Creative Memories, a company devoted to helping capture photos and stories in archival photo albums. As photos evolved to digital, Patty was a pioneer and now a professional in photo digital software. She is an expert in organization and PhotoBook design. Her favorite PhotoBook is of her parent’s ancestry which also includes Patty and her six siblings through their growing up years. It is truly a family treasure. Patty has been married 40 years to her best friend Collin and together they have two grown daughters, two adorable grandsons, and 3 beautiful step-granddaughters. Patty & Collin reside in the beautiful state of Montana. |
